Overview

Cut-Tools is a handful of routines to aid in the creation of geometry for 2D Profile cutting using cutter / plotters, CNC routers and lasers. Could these tools be useful for your business?

The tools can be installed in three leading CAD software environments:

User Interface

Overview of the Tools

Cut-Tools is a suite of five routines:

Draw Multiline

This tool takes a selection set of LINE and / or ARC elements and converts them in small segments using your chosen settings.

Draw Cut with multiple Gaps

This tool takes a selection set of LINE and / or ARC elements and converts them into a series of CUT segments using your chosen settings.

Draw Border

This tool takes a selection select and assists you in drawing a border around the entities to a specific size using your chosen settings.

Insert Text

Use this tool to insert annotation on to the drawing. The list of annotation can be customised by adjusting the supplied XML database file.

Show Extents

This tool takes your selection set and calculates the extents for all the supported entity types. It displays the width and height in the status bar.
